Water- 0 Calories
When that good old feeling of hunger strikes, drink 8 oz of water. Wait 10 minutes. Feelings of hunger should subside or decrease dramatically giving you a more accurate indication of whether or not you are actually hungry.

Organic Veggie or Chicken Broth- 20 Calories Tops
32, YES!!, 32 oz of organic broth. Heat and eat, just like soup. A lot of soup. Soup with nothing in it. More of a hot flavored water than anything else.

Green Leafy Veggies- 20 Calories Max
Lettuce, cabbage, bok choy. These bad boys will fill you up and give your brain a chance to receive the "I'm not hungry anymore" signal. Plus, you can eat all the greens in a grocery store and still not even crack the 100 calorie mark. *
*Ok, I exaggerate.
Find the largest apple you can. Sure there are some calories there, but it will take you a long time to eat, allowing those lovely signals to reach your brain and shut off the "stuff your face NOW!" switch. The fiber you're getting will keep that switch turned off longer too. It's also a sweet treat that can curb those sugar cravings.
And there it is. I'm not sure I could do the broth or leafy veggies options, just not my style. PLUS, it doesn't sound all that appetizing. But the water trick is worth trying, that is, IF I can actually remember to do the damn thing. I've always got apples in the fridge, so when that sugar attack commences I have a go-to defense plan. And I just love apples anyway.

Can I have flavored water please?!
